POSITION OBJECTIVES

To assist Section Head:
• To ensure that the section's functions and responsibilities are carried out effectively.
• To identify and improve operational processes on continuous basis.
• To embark on quality efforts towards creating quality environment.
• To support the implementation of new products and new system.
• Adherence to internal policy & procedures and regulatory compliance.

KEY FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Confirmation Hub:

Trade Confirmation
• Ensure that the trade confirmation/notification letter are prepared timely and accurately, base on correct / independent sources. For those received from counterparties, verify for accuracy and return for positive acknowledgement in a timely manner.
• For positive confirmations which requires acknowledgement from customers, monitor, track and sending chaser/reminder letter to customers.
• Timely update the Confirmation Ageing database for confirmation status, tracking and record purpose.

Documentation
• Review ISDA from operational perspective and provide feedback / comments /amendments, if any to relevant party.

Customer Service
• Liaise and work closely with Treasury in order to improve services rendered to them.
• Liaise with other departments & branches to streamline inter-departmental processes.
• Attend to internal & external customers' enquiries

New Products/ System Enhancement
• Participate in new product / project meeting/ UAT testing
• Draw up new process to support the new product / system process
• Feedback to management of any gaps

Others
• Ad hoc assignment

Qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year relevant experience. Preferably knowledge dealing with Treasury products
• Self motivated and able to work as a team
• Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work fast, independently and under pressure
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excels applications will be
added advantange
