Credit Controller

Location: Manchester or Leeds

Salary: Competitive - DOE + Quarterly Bonus

Role:

We are looking for experienced Credit Controllers to join us in our Shared Service Centre in Sale. As a Credit Controller you will contact assigned debtors and use your great customer service skills to maximise the money collected and keep bad debt to a minimum. You will use your communication skills to introduce clients to alternative payment methods which may be quicker and more convenient than their current methodology.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of sales ledger and credit control

• Ability to resolve customer queries in a timely manner

• Experience of processing credit card payments and creating direct debits

• Articulate with good customer service skills

• Ability to work to targets

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office software

• Open-minded and flexible

• A Willingness to participate in additional career development training

• A clean DBS
