Finance Analyst

Immediately vacant Finance Analyst role, working for a leading e-commerce business based in The City of London.

Reporting directly to the EMEA Finance Director, the Finance Analyst will primarily act as data & reporting expert in the Commercial Finance Team, supporting key business reports.An important part of the role is to support the monthly commissions calculations & respective process for the whole of the EMEA Sales Team.

My client is a leading IT / e-commerce business specialising in the entertainment industry. They have a HQ in London in The City of London.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as a reporting and data subject matter expert for the EMEA Local Commercial Finance team
• Provide data analysis and commentaries to drive the business forward
• Support the monthly commissions review process including payout exceptions
• Liaise with country heads regarding KPIS and targets on a monthly basis and uploading information to Excel and internal systems for review at month end to see what commissions are due to sales personnel
• Reconciliation of commissions against targets / KPI's and allocating correct commissions to individuals
• Collating information ready for payroll for payments to be made
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and country heads regarding missing information, and discrepancies
• Analysing country performances in terms of sales / KPIs and targets
• Use data sources to support business change
• Focus in reporting automation by leveraging Tableau

Profile

Skills / Experience required for the Finance Analyst:

• Proven track record of working an a Finance Analyst for 2-5 years
• Business Partnering
• managing expectations and reporting to key internal / external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with precise attention to detail
• Self-motivated team player who can succeed in a dynamic fast paced work environment
• Results driven and action oriented with ability to operate and thrive in an ambiguous environment
• Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus

Job Offer

An immediate role based in The City of London for a Finance Analyst paying between 150-200 per day for the right candidate.

You must be able to get to The City of London location with ease and be able to start the role in August 2018 with little / no notice.
