Finance Director - NGO
Your new company
Our client is an international non-profit organisation with global presence of over 50 countries.
Your new role
- Report to Executive Director and being one of the board members
- Manage a team of 12 members in APAC region
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reports, oversee the consolidation process; provide monthly/quarterly/year end analysis
- Participate in strategic financial decisions
- Provide financial advice and guidance to improve organisation cost efficiency
- Review and in charge of financial and management reporting to ensure local statutory compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or related Management disciplines
- CPA qualified
- Solid understanding of IFRS
- At least 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in NGO sector
