Financial Business Partner Key Responsibilities: Creating management monthly reports within the Retail business that report, analyse, and act upon KPIs and financial information Managing costs of the Retail entity. Implementing Improved Reporting to better strategies regarding Capital Investment and Cost management Challenging and promoting effective and efficient spend. Implementation of Improved Reporting to aid in areas such as Cost Management and Capital Investment. Regulation and improving efficiency and effectiveness of Daily/Monthly reporting. Development of financial budgets and reforecasts, and preparing the LTPs Producing financial analysis to aid in new shop development and planning Offering solutions to improve upon financial weaknesses Working with and supporting other teams and their members Working with the Retail Business Analytics teams to identify areas for deeper analysis considerations or input towards strategic projects Ad hoc projects or tasks that may be assigned as required Desired Skills and Experience: A commercially focused qualified/part qualified accountant At least 1 years working in financial reporting, planning, analysis and cost control Experience in business partnering & supporting decisions Ability to operate with senior stakeholders Excellent MS Office skills (Excel in particular) Advantageous to have experience in Retail and/or betting and gaming industry Advantageous to have knowledge of Oracle financial systems. Essential skills: Experience in a matrix organisation Strong communication, analytical, and technical abilities Ability to work with stakeholders.
