Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with key business partners.
Establish and manage relationships with external organisations who act on our behalf carrying out functions to ensure maximum efficiency and recovery of costs achieved.
Ensuring that changes are reflected and communicated promptly.
Advising appropriate areas of the business on the resulting impact to ensure compliance and service excellence is maintained.
Manage the team's participation in internal and external audits.
Manage the relationships with other organisations.
Manage the preparation, calculation, processing and communication.
Participate in short and long term cross team projects that support continuous improvement.
Support activity by influencing the group and suggesting improvements to ensure an outcome which enhances business performance and delivers excellent service.
Manage staff through one to one process and personal development reviews.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to business partners.
Setting objectives, coaching and supporting development, measuring progress, motivating and addressing performance issues to ensure potential is maximised.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Experience in working within a finance team.
- Experience of managing staff.
- Able to plan, prioritise and manage high-volume workloads with tight deadlines.
