Health Information Services is seeking applications from suitably qualified Health Information Managers or Clinical Coders for a challenging yet rewarding vacancy at Cabrini. This is a newly created position and is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with our other Coding Auditors to increase our breadth and depth of coding quality assurance in order to ensure the "clinical truth" is reflected.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated coding auditing experience in varied and complex casemix settings, an appropriate number of years' experience in coding, communication skills and a passion for education and quality.
This position offers an experienced auditor the opportunity to base themselves in a Hospital with the benefits of job security, working within a supportive team environment, cheap, under cover personal car space and having the support of peers in your workplace. Cabrini is currently working on ground breaking innovations in auditing practice and this is an opportunity to play an important role in this exciting venture.
Essential criteria for this position:
Qualifications in Health Information Management or Clinical Coding (or equivalent); Appropriate years coding experience; Completion or working towards Clinical Coding Auditing Course; Demonstrated high-level communication skills; Ability to adapt in an evolving work environment; Disciplined, organised, innovative and structured in work practice; Sound IT knowledge; Desire to play your part in a productive and friendly team.Enquiries:
