Description

Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Billing Associate EMEA/APAC with responsibility for:

* Support the business and finance groups with Distribution billing related issues through query resolution, monthly reporting, reconciliation of billing activity
* Assist with DSO and aged debt reduction through effective communication of billing related disputes to the business. Assist and guide the regional credit controllers with the resolution of such issues.
* Approve contracts for Distribution and Syndication for EMEA and APAC regions to ensure correct approval workflow has been followed and billing/revenue compliance with signed agreements
* Update subscriber/reported revenue share information in billing system to ensure billing and revenue are processed correctly
* Provide training, guidance and assistance to the business in relation to contract entry and management of internal distribution billing system.
* Support the business and ABS on Master Data and Licensing billing queries,
* Assist with internal and external audits, providing requested data related to distribution billing and processes.
* System testing, enhancements, implementation.

Responsible for support of Distribution and Syndication billing in the EMEA and APAC region for 9 licensors/AR BUs, in multiple currencies.
Annual billing of $600m across 2 international regions.
Liaise with Sales/Finance teams across the EMEA/APAC region, 50+ employees.
Liaise with external clients.

Profile

* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a global organisation.
* Intermediate Excel and Word.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts
* High level of accuracy & attention to detail

Job Offer

Salary of up to £29,000
