Finance Assistant (Temporary) vacancy, based in central London. The candidate needs to be immediately available to start as soon as possible.

The position will be working on purchase ledger, nominal ledger and all round general accounting.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Finance Assistant (Temporary) vacancy are:

  • Managing all Purchase ledger
  • Inputting of invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Supplier queries
  • Cheque runs
  • Scanning and filing
  • Nominal ledger payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty cash
  • Data entry
  • Ad hoc reporting for partners, client banking and finance services

Profile

The successful candidate for this Finance Assistant (Temporary) vacancy, based in central London will be immediately available, with previous experience working in a finance team or a purchase ledger position. In addition, experience of using QuickBooks and/or Sage Line 50.

This accountancy role also requires a strong level of excel.
