Accounts Assistant

Hesketh James Accountancy's favourite financial services provider are hiring a new accounts assistant role located in the South Manchester area, the company is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who would like to work in an exciting fast paced environment. The role has become available as the finance team is looking to expand due to the company taking on more clients year on year.

As an accounts assistant for this financial services provider you will enjoy varied tasks some of which include, monthly VAT returns, the processing of a large number of invoices both sales and purchase ledger through sage along with various month end procedures, all for your own client portfolio.

As you will have your own portfolio of clients, strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. The candidate will also need to have proficient skills in excel as well as previous experience using accounting software preferably sage. The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated to succeed and wish to grow within the company. 12 months previous experience in a finance roll is also required.
