Trade Accounts Payable Analyst

Trade Accounts Payable Analyst required for a leading FMCG business based in West London.

Candidate will ideally have 2+ years experience working within Accounts Payable.

Key skills

* Background within FMCG/Retail is desirable not essential
* 2+ years working within an AP function is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player and willingness to help others
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work in high pressurised and high volume environment

Key responsibilities:

* Create purchase order in JDE, process invoices on the promotion A&P calendars and pass them to accounts payable accountant so they can be paid according to the payment terms.
* Ensure all trade A&P invoices are fully checked and authorised in accordance with the chart of authority in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ensure promotional calendars are updated in a timely and accurate manner to meet management deadlines, monthly and year end reporting.
* Track last year accruals and provide summaries on the outstanding amounts.
* Other ad-hoc analysis and requests.
