Description
  • Support Group and Statutory audits, production of annual financial statements for UK & Irish trading and holding companies.
  • SOX compliance & controls testing.
  • Produce the quarterly VAT returns for 3 UK trading entities, assist in the production of the annual corporation tax returns for the UK & Irish entities.
  • Calculate the monthly tax provisions and complete quarterly US tax reporting.
  • Support the treasury function to manage cash flows for UK trading entities, management of inter-company loans & credit agreements.
  • Evaluate processes and internal controls for effective operation and recommend & implement improvements.


Profile
  • Exposure in Group audit, Tax, Statutory Audit, VAT & internal controls
  • Minimum of 2 years of working in a financial accounting or professional environment
  • ACCA or ACA
