This role will be assisting the implementation of Proactis into SUN.

Our client is a London based transport and automotive company.

Description

  • Provision of first line financial systems support to the Finance user community
  • Operations of regular standard and repeatable processes
  • Maintain local master data
  • Facilitate the maintenance of core master data
  • Provision of user access to systems
  • Initial assessment and troubleshooting of user issues and queries
  • Preparation and publication of metrics

  • Documenting local processes and maintaining logs

  • Implementing Proactis into SUN

Profile

  • Strong experience of finance systems administration and support
  • Proven background in provision of user support to finance teams
  • Broad-based understanding of finance organisations, processes and systems
  • Knowledge and exposure to accounting, close and reporting processes
  • Fluent in English
  • Financial Applications and financial knowledge
  • Ability to effective deliver in a changing environment
  • Effective engagement and collaboration with end-users and support functions

  • Qualified accountant (or QBE)
