A incredibly successful organisation based just outside of Maidstone are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to run the day to day finance of the business as well as support the growth strategy with business case appraisals and scenario modelling.
You will already be an experienced Finance Manager, have previously managed a small team and confident to showcase you own ideas to the board and key personnel within he business.
This is a hands on role which is suitable for someone who is willing to get involved with all aspects of the business and willing to adapt daily to the needs of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
* Ownership of the day to day finances.
* Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reports and accounts.
* Provide business insight and support revenue growth and cost control.
* Continually analyse the systems and processes and deliver cost effective ways to improve areas.
* Shareholder reporting and analysis.
* Prepare budgets and forecasts.
* Manage the cash flow.
* Manage the external audit.
Person Specification:
* ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to work in a hands on company.
* Able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
* Be comfortable across all areas of finance.
