Client Details
Our client are a proactive, forward thinking company based in Slough that are seeking an accountant with a focus on global accounting due to an internal promotion. Specialising in the Engineering sector, they are a multinational organisation with over thousands of employees globally. As a large multinational company, they offer an excellent progression strategy that has allowed current employees to gain internal promotions, hence the reason for recruiting for this position. You will be working with the charismatic global business partner that will provide you with the support and mentoring needed to excel. You will have exposure to the wider finance team, enabling you to learn and develop in areas that you may not have experience in.
Description
As a commercially aware accountant working in a diverse team, you will be responsible for the management & statutory accounts. Other responsibilities include chairing meeting with other departments when necessary and business partnering on a global level.
In this varied position, you will have the opportunity to identify areas in which you want to be involved in, thus, allowing you to expand you knowledge of accounting and the wider business.
Profile
Our client based in Slough are seeking an experience qualified account (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) to join their expanding team. This role would suit someone that is looking to progress with their careers over the next 3 - 5 years. Ideally you will be working within a top 20 practice, although this is not essential.
Job Offer
As a multinational organisation they offer an excellent benefits package including a generous bonus of 15%, free parking on-site, 25 days holiday, excellent pension scheme and a subsidised canteen. As a base salary, our client are looking for offer £48,000 per annum; with regular reviews to increase responsibility and overall progression.
