Description

  • Review and analyse company's financial performance against market benchmark
  • Provide recommendations of potential investment and M&A decisions which are beneficial to the company's growth
  • Get involved in the IPO listing and Fund-raising projects
  • Conduct financial/ variance analysis, making strategies for financial decisions
  • Maintaining good relationships with bankers and financial institutions
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as needed

Profile

The successful candidate should be from a Corporate Finance Advisory Firm or with solid Corporate Finance knowledge from a fast-paced firm. Knowledge in the FinTech or Financial Services industry is a plus. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.
