On behalf of a Private Banking client, we are looking for an experienced Business Anlayst to be part of the business transformation programme driving transformational changes impacting front office business. The ideal candidate will come with experience implementing multi-channel digital offering within a private banking set up.

Responsibility
  • Provide business analysis work for various projects within the transformation programme
  • Partners with Technology team to jointly deliver the multiple streams of digital projects within scope, timeline and budget
  • Engages front-office and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that Bank of Singapore digital offering meets the user needs (including simplicity and usability of design) and supports the business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift, enhanced client experience, improved risk management and operational efficiency
  • Manages and communicates with key stakeholders on project status, key risks and issues
  • Manages non-technology aspects of the assigned projects. These include business requirements gathering and documentation, functional specification review and sign-off, user test strategy and test case definition, user acceptance testing and sign off coordination as well as user change management/go-live activities (e.g. communications and training)
  • Ensures that project deliverables achieve synergy with business processes, which includes re-defining business processes, where applicable

Requirements
  • 7+ years of business analysis experience which includes definition and implementation of multi-channel (web/tablet/mobile) client -facing digital initiatives for financial services organizations preferably a private bank
  • Knowledge of private banking systems, process and investment products would be an added advantage
  • Can work confidently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Experience in working with agile methodology
  • Can work independently, is pragmatic and enjoys high energy levels
