Senior Corporate Legal Secretary, International Law Firm

The Firm

A medium sized international law firm with a stable and friendly working environment is currently hiring a senior Legal Secretary serving the Managing Partner of the firm who is focusing on Corporate projects.

The firm is a multi-cultural and professional firm with friendly and open-minded management style.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Managing Partner who is an expat lawyer and another Senior Associate from Hong Kong, you will be working independently on both PA support and legal documentation work. You will be providing full spectrum of secretarial support such as screening phone calls, travel booking, meeting and conference coordination, preparing meeting materials, expenses claim, visa application, entering timesheet, preparing bills and other ad hoc support on requested.

Working on the Corporate projects, you will be mainly assisting IPO work including Chinese typing, preparing v-notes, formatting / amending prospectus and other legal documents. This is a challenging position with opportunities for candidate to explore more in Corporate / Corporate Finance sector and enhance career to MP level assistance.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 2 years solid working experience in IPO sector within legal industry
• Welcome candidates from both local and international law firms
• Good communication ability in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English Good MS usage and Chinese typing skill will be required
• Good Team player with pleasant, proactive, responsible and flexible personality
