Junior Business Analyst

A global Electronics company with 15 office across the world is looking to recruit and Junior Business Analyst to join their London team based in West London, near Chiswick. The right candidate will be ideally a graduate level with Advanced Excel and 3 to 24 months experience in a reporting/analytical role.

You'll provide high level analytical support to the business, focussing on supporting the Customer Services and Marketing Managers.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop business analysis tools that improve analysis and understanding of our business
• Develop, implement and tune KPIs to provide support, understanding and analysis to the business
• Grasp, analyse and report performance data on a continuous basis
• Together with managers, develop appropriate performance follow up reports to guide our growth
• CAPEX control and follow up
• Responsible in month end duties, such as monthly closing, posting journals, accruals in the system, validating invoices, Checking P&L, reporting to senior management
• Participate in reporting exercises
• Support the Controlling Manager in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes

Experience & Skills Required

• Demonstrated knowledge of management reporting and business analysis
• High level of excel is a must (pivot tables, advanced formulation, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills
• Autonomous
• Ability to be flexible
