Overview

End-to-end processing of securities trades.

Responsibilities
  • Perform trade matching with broker confirmation. Investigate and follow up on any trade discrepancies
  • Perform trade settlement processing for Equities, Fixed Income, and Structured Notes
  • Investigate failing trades with Custodian and Counterparties
  • Investigate daily cash and security reconciliation breaks
  • Monitoring and funding of settlement cash account
  • Handle trade settlement queries and work closely with Dealing desk to support Front Office RMs
  • Perform UAT for system enhancement and roll out
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Polytechnic diploma or university degree
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of VBA or SQL coding would be advantageous
