The client is one of the key providers of quality and accurate international securities administration data. The client provides reference and corporate actions data globally to most of the major brokerage houses, custodians, and data vendors.

Description

A successful candidate will be given duties which will include:

- Monthly management Accounts (including accruals, prepayments and journals)

- Cash Flow management and reporting

- Overseeing AP, AR, Bank reconciliations (multicurrency), FX dealings

- Various other ad hoc reports

- Intercompany loans

- Overseeing payroll

- Reports (VAT, National Statistics)

- Managing one member of staff in London and liaising with another one in another office in UK

- Analysing the expenditure of 2 international cost centres (in India and Morocco)

- Business partnering with other heads of departments

- Responsible for revenue recognition based on contract dates and t&c's

- Liaising with auditors with year-end queries

Profile

A successful candidate will be offered:

- Working knowledge of SAGE accounting packages

- MS Excel to at least Intermediate level, pivot tables, V-lookups

- Have worked with multicurrency accounting

£32,000 - £35,000
