Client Bookkeeper

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a friendly team of Chartered Accountants in Bristol as Client Bookkeeper. This firm are small but well established within the area.

They are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to take over a portfolio of clients.

Your duties in this role will include:

• Bookkeeping on behalf of multiple clients to include sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

• Preparation of management accounts

• VAT preparation and lodgement

• Use of Sage

• Staff mentorship and supervision

• Some payroll duties

This role would ideally suit a candidate with a background in a practice environment. Ideally you will have payroll experience along with strong bookkeeping skills and a knowledge of VAT and Tax. Applicants will need to be extremely well versed in Sage and enjoy the variety and diversity that comes with working in a multiple client environment. My client is flexible on working hours, so full or part time will be considered.
