Our clients, a multi-award winning Estate Agents, are seeking to recruit experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisors to be based in various locations in Essex and East London. Advisors will be based in branch and will give whole of market advice.

Our clients are one of the largest, most progressive and successful companies in the South of England. They have a significant network of affiliated Estate Agency branches, providing a steady stream of leads to their Advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through effective client management and business development.
• Convert warm leads into successful business.
• Communicate effectively with, and coach branch staff to increase leads.
• Provide professional advice within the Law and in line with company compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• Full CeMAP Qualification.
• Competent Advisor Status achieved.
• Whole of market experience preferred.

Hours: 5 day week, 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am - 5:30pm, every Saturday needed with a day off in lieu.

Salary/Package: £18,000 - £25,000 basic salary (£50,000 OTE)
