We are a manufacturing business based in LS13, who are going through a period of expansion and are looking to grow our finance team.
We are looking for a competant Purchase Ledger Assistant to work 3 days per week (Weds to Fri) to assist our current Purchase Ledger Clerk
Main duties to include:-
- Analysing, coding and posting of purchase invoices
- Reconcilling supplier statements
- Reconcilling supplier ledgers and investigating any discrepancies
- Assisting with Import/Export paperwork and compliance
- Analysing and posting of staff expenses and petty cash
Ideal candiate will have a good understanding of Sage Line 50 and excellant excel skills. Previous manufacturing experience is prefered but not essential.
The ideal candiate will be required to work Wednesday to Friday - 24 hours per week prefered but flexible for right candidate. The company offer a matched contribution pension scheme.
