AIM is a fast-growing bookkeeping firm located in Carlton, servicing a vast array of clients and industries with a friendly and supportive team. We provide bookkeeping, HR services, payroll, and Xero accounting services to clients all around Australia.
Currently, we are looking for someone with excellent multi-tasking and admin skills to be our next Bookkeeper and keep our office afloat! You will be located in our Vibrant Carlton South location, near the Melbourne CBD.
About the role:
The role is part-time, 2-3 days for the first few months, but then will increase to more days after. Eventually, the role will evolve to be full-time, so there will be opportunity to increase your hours if you want to.
Your day will be varied and keep you busy across a range of tasks, from accounts receivable, accounts payable, GST, reconciliations, BAS and general book keeping for customers. You will also act as an Executive Assistant to the management team, covering diary management, organising lunches and handling our busy phone.
We'd ideally like you to have 2 years of prior Bookkeeping experience and even better if you have been a PA/EA before. You must have a minimum of Certification 4 in Bookkeeping .
