Role: Business Analyst - Securities Lending / Regulatory

Location: Canary Wharf

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst - Securities Lending / Regulatory role:

• Produce business analysis for the SFTR initiative
• Perform gap analysis and write Business/Functional Requirements Documents; present the work items to stakeholders for their approval and review potential solutions with stakeholder teams
• Interpret regulatory requirements with compliance and legal support and apply that interpretation to the relevant businesses, to translate business requirements for IT.
• Formulate business case and business prioritisation/ tracking of work where needed
• Work with technology and business teams to scope prioritised items for resourcing and planning.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders where necessary.
• Face off to the business partners for the perspective to ensure single point of contact for requests, issues and understanding.
• Work in partnership with the IT PM, PMO and PMO leads to identify scope and ensure deliverables are fit for purpose and on time per the project plans.
• Leading, directing, reviewing, tracking, and supporting product development and technology team deliverables.

The Business Analyst - Securities Lending / Regulatory will have:

• Extensive core Business Analysis skills
• Previous experience working on regulatory orientated projects is very preferable
• Extensive Securities Lending business knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management skills
