MANAGER, INVESTMENT OPERATIONS / MIS REPORTING

Our client is an international asset management house with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

Under the Regional Operations team, you will participate in the following:

1. Oversight and monitoring/reporting of all external Operations vendor/outsourced relationships such as regional custodian/service providers.

• Develop and monitor KPIs for outsourced services to the Asia Investment Operations teams. Identify opportunities to outsource to shares services/center of excellence.
• Supervision and control over services outsourced, banks, administrators and other key outsourced providers. Monitor and maintain regional relationship information for all key strategic vendor partners.
• Coordinate periodic service reviews of outsourced providers, and ensure appropriate and timely rectification of issues. Implement SLA's for all services.

1. Coordinate and/or participate in Investment Operations projects and initiatives as and when required.
2. Provide Management reporting for Asia region for the Operations team.

To be considered, you should have a minimum of 5 year working experience in investment operations / trade support/middle office roles within an investment bank or asset management company. Previous experience in managing projects as well as dealing with operations outsourcing providers and operational risk roles would be an advantage. You should be sound in usage of Excel, Access and proficiency in VBA would be helpful.
