About the Role This Customer Service Support role services our Home Care Package customers in the Hume Loddon region, will be based in Bundoora to work in collaboration with Care Providers and members of our Cared Shared Team. Training will be provided on the job to the successful applicant. Required Skills and Experience * Experience in accurate book keeping and reconciliation with a high degree of numeracy is essential* Driven approach to customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment* Positive attitude towards problem solving and an attention to detail * Demonstrated administrative background with highly developed IT skills, data entry accuracy (essential)* Experience in communicating with a number of stakeholders (internal and external)* Understanding of rostering and customer databases, including CareLink+ (preferable)* Supports the effective marketing and promotion of Baptcare services to customers and families As part of your application please address the selection criteria from the role statement.
