Salary Up to $17,000/year plus benefits.

Reponsibilities:
• Position responsible for developing Compensation system requirements annually and maintain the system throughout the year; Manages payroll outsource relationship
• Manages F&A processes and policies within small - mid-sized country offices; Ensures local accruals are correctly identified and reported at month/quarter end; Enforces local and global credit and collection policies; assists Accenture team with local communication; Supports the payroll transaction processing, audit, and analysis; Liaises with local banks to ensure disbursement
• Develops and recommends investment strategies based on analyses of investment styles and processes; Measures investment performance.
• Required to review and respond to shareholder correspondence, inquiries and concerns.
• Develops annual report footnotes and other required reporting to government agencies within specialty area
• Develops understanding of complex tax accounting principles and responsible for significant compliance within area of expertise
• Executes Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation, testing and remediation plans; Monitors the status of Sarbanes-Oxley readiness for certification for organizations within their areas of responsibility.

• Collects and presents financial data from within a country or area for use in business review, planning, and monthly outlook processes; Prepare and analyze financial outlooks and operating results
• Performs feasibility studies of manufacturing and marketing operations both internal and external to the company and the U.S.
• Determines financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies; Determines recommendations to achieve the organization's financial objectives
• Actively manage pricing/bid review process and enforce respective BU policy with local sales
• Assist in providing oversight, guidance and training to the various groups across the company; Assist with various SEC filings including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and other common filings
• Provide support for internal or external audits
• Work directly with CFO Leadership Council members on various process planning/analysis initiatives
• Manage the annual / year round system formula setup process and adheres to strict timelines
• Ensure all tables are accurately maintained and updated; Set up all formulas for the job plans on a yearly and ongoing basis; Ensure calculations are functioning as intended and that the compensation is correct once set up occurs
• Participates in problem definition and analysis for the ARCS database
• Monitors system performance and functionality; Identifies and resolves problems and escalate complex issues to IT when necessary for timely resolution
• Captures key requirements in the implementation of system upgrades and prepares written test documentation for users; Manages the system testing phase to ensure the upgrades to the system are functioning as designed and the system is working properly
• Support Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable Accounting
• Analyze/Review Balance Sheet and P&L statements and HFM schedules
• Approve and ensure proper support documents for journal vouchers; Journal voucher creation
• Serve as an escalation point for approval of Solution Order Management transactions per escalation guidelines and revenue recognition policy; Raise any concerns over policy or policy interpretation
• Identify policy knowledge gaps within Accenture team and provide mentoring
• Review of revenue arrangements; Contract reviews including resolution of accounting issues and administering policies
• Lead and contribute to continuous system improvements
