This is an opportunity not to be missed for an experienced credit controller. This organisation is one of the leaders in their industry, both globally and locally and are contrinuing to grow after recently aquiring new businesses. They are now looking to add a new full time permament member to their dynamic and friendly team. The salary on offer can go up to $72,000 + super.
Led by a long standing and friendly Manager, this role will see you look after your own ledger of client accounts and manage it from end to end. The focus of the role will be to maintain excellent relationships with clients, solve issues, deal with queries and claims and follow up on disputes. You will perform collections calls and acurately reconcile accounts. The KPIs are based on the quality of work and the outcomes.
In order to be successful for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in credit control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills
- A team player attitude
