Job Title – Legal Secretary
Term – Part Time
Working Days – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Hours - Negotiable
We are currently looking for a Part-time Legal Secretary to assist with
supporting our legal team and to also provide high quality documents and
correspondence for our Solicitors.
Main Duties:
1. Process correspondence and documents for respective Solicitor
2. Audio and copy typing of legal documents using digital dictation.
3. To undertake various administrative duties which may include the
following:
- Keeping files up to date (hard and soft copy);
- Preparing files for archiving;
- Dealing with phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner;
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email;
- Co-ordinating billing within tight deadlines, printing and saving
bills to directories and dealing with payment requests;
4. Partake in any other duties that are deemed necessary to support
your colleagues and the Firm as and when required.
5. To ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.

12. High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word
and Outlook.
13. Legal experience preferred
