Description
Main responsibilities for the Property Credit Controller are:
- To aid the collections of monthly invoices
- Work alongside accountancy team
- Chase invoices via Phone and Email
- Work with key/High value clients
- Ad Hoc duties
- Input all information into the system (Qube)
- Report directly into Accounts manager
Profile
the ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have strong understanding of wok flow
- Able to reach and exceed targets
- Have exposure to a residential property collections
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Be immediately available
