Accounts & Audit Trainee + AAT Study
Manchester City Centre
£15,000 - £17,000
A leading firm of accountants in Manchester City Centre have created an exciting opportunity within their team.
Due to on-going expansion their already illustrious client portfolio, this position will allow you to join the business at grass roots level and learn from the knowledge and expertise of 4 Qualified Partners.
The beauty is that this is a hybrid role covering both accounts & audit and will offer you exposure to a wide range of businesses in multiple sectors.
The firm prides itself on maintaining client relationships and from the offset you will have the opportunity to meet these clients yourself at their offices as the Partners believe this has been key to their successes over the years.
Training & support is available for you to become confident in:
-Accounts preparation for Sole Traders, Partnerships and small Limited Companies
Participating in audit fieldwork (including planning, execution and reporting) whilst keeping engagement leaders updated on their progress
-Completing audit processes and programmes
-Engaging clients in a professional manner
-Constantly developing your understanding of audit and financial reporting standards
I have been asked by the firm to interview candidates who hold a 1st Class or 2.1 Accounting & Finance degree OR an individual with prior office based experience looking to transfer your skillset into accounting.
A relevant accounting qualification will be offered for the next recruit and you will join a team of professionals either qualified or studying alongside you.
