We are searching for accomplished Sales Consultants who have worked in a B2C Sales position with evidence of exceeding target’s set by management. Ideally you will have previous experience within Financial Services Sales (however this is NOT essential).
The business is one of the UK’s most successful independent insurance brokerages who have been accredited with numerous awards from their insurance partners. In 2017, the business received over 1,000 5* reviews form their customer’s as well as being voted as the “best” quality of service within the industry by Legal + General.
Guaranteed package on offer:
- Basic salary starting at £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission structure which is paid monthly based on your individual performance. Current advisor’s achieving £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday position with an early finish at 2pm EVERY Friday
- 100% hot-key based position. You will receive 10 – 12 NEW hotkey’s every day
- Working on an advised sale basis with a panel of leading providers including LV, Royal London and Legal + General
- Opportunities to complete financial qualifications funded by the business
- Top performers of the year go to Marbella on an all-expenses paid weekend
