CKB Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a market
leading Insurance broking group who now have fantastic opportunities
available to join them on a full or part time basis, across their Care
and Education Insurance divisions.
They are already a major player in these markets but have big plans to
continue their impressive growth in these sectors, under the
leadership of a very passionate and knowledge Head of Division.
As such they are now keen to speak to established Account Executives
and Development Executives with experience in these areas, as well as
Account Handlers with Care or Education experience who would like to
step up into Account Executive positions. People are invited to apply
from anywhere in the UK, as these positions will be home/field based
with occasional travel to a regional office, and due to this groups
size and presence they can cater location wise for most people!
As a business they offer first rate training and on-going personal
development, and feel they offer a genuinely exiting environment for
those looking for career focused moves!
You will be tasked with growing and managing your own Care or
Education Commercial Insurance Book of business, reporting into the
Head of Division. This can be achieved as you see fit, and in a
variety of ways. There is particular opportunity here to cross sell
into affinity partnerships that are already established within the
group as well as the chance to carve out your own partnerships with
companies closely attached to these sectors.
To be considered for this role, you will need a solid background in
commercial broking with string knowledge of the Care or Education
Insurance market. This broker is happy to speak to those with varying
levels of experience, so this could also be a chance for an Account
Handler to move into an Exec role, as well as providing excellent
opportunities for Execs that are already established in these sectors.
Salary on offer is negotiable dependant on experience, but we envisage
basic salaries from between £30-55k, plus bonus and excellent
benefits.
