We are seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to support our Asia-Pacific Assurance Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Leader in the development and short-term activation of go-to-market programs. This five-month assignment will involve working directly with Asia-Pacific Area and Regional Leaders to understand and map the trends aligned to strategic priorities with a view to increase share of voice in key markets.

Responsibilities will include co-developing market positioning and execution strategies, engaging with regional contacts to gather case studies and develop for external release, determining a monthly cadence aligned to strategic priorities, defining route to market through appropriate channels (whitepapers, videos, articles, infographics and microsite content), as well as overseeing review and approvals. Qualifications

Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:
  • Proven ability to translate professional services descriptions into compelling story-led campaigns that help shape perceptions
  • Think digital first while understanding what content is needed for relationship-based selling
  • Bring a can-do attitude and strong project management and organizational skills into a dynamic environment
  • Execute with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, particularly in a virtual environment
  • Confidence that allows for influence without authority and an ability to quickly build trust with senior-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent area of study or experience) preferred
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing marketing campaigns and proven project management experience
  • Brand, marketing and communication experience in a large complex professional services organizations or in a regulated environment with a complex content creation and sign-off procedures preferred
