Management Consultant

We have an immediate vacancy for a Management Consultant to join our expanding and diverse Management Consulting team on a 1-year contract basis. The successful candidate will join RSM's expanding data governance consulting team and will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent service to our clients whilst focusing on assisting entities to develop a robust data protection environment and maximise and sustain compliance with the pending GDPR and updated national legislation. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Spearheading data governance/protection assignment delivery for a portfolio of clients; Assessing client's data-related policies, procedures and processes and determining the changes needed in order to improve their data protection environment and maximise compliance with the imminent GDPR; Managing the provision of GDPR-related training to clients; Contributing to the development and training of team members; and Working on Risk Advisory and HR, Transformation and Change projects, as appropriate The successful candidate should have the following experience: 2 to 3 year's relevant data governance or data protection experience which may include experience in a legal or paralegal environment; Demonstrable knowledge of the GDPR legislation; and Proven track record in delivering multi-faceted projects on-time and on-budget; Requirements: Excellent client management skills; Ability to operate in a challenging and dynamic environment; Self-motivated with a legal experience an advantage; Strong process mapping skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong written, presentation and oral skills; Excellent organisation and planning capabilities; and Willingness to travel and mange international assignments.
