A Central Bristol business are looking for a Financial Controller to lead the Finance Team.

Description
The Financial Controller is responsible for:
- The overall financial integrity of the financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheets)
- Timely and accurate management reporting as part of the monthly closings
- Timely and accurate filing of all external statutory requirements
- Preparing budget and forecasts
- The performance of the Finance team in the UK, as well as their training & development
Profile
The right Financial Controller with be:
A Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Experience in a similar role in an international company would be preferable but not essential
Knowledge of both UK GAAP and IFRS
Has good knowledge or proven affinity with tax, legal and labour law topics
Has affinity with automation of processes
Result driven, can-do mentality, has a challenging mind set
Pro-active, self-starter, takes initiatives, accountability and ownership
Process oriented
Willingness to be hands-on when required
Job Offer
c£55k-£65k dependant on experience
