Client Details

This is a unique opportunity to join a top 4 firm with no prior deals experience. My client has the largest M&A tax team across the Europe and Asia and they are looking for more talented CTA qualified tax professionals to join their expanding team. The M&A team is industry agnostic, meaning you will have broad exposure across a large client base including private equity houses, international companies, and funds.

Description

You will participate across the entire deals process, from tax due diligence, tax structuring advice, post deal implementation and on-going client advice.

You will take ownership of certain aspects of the client relationships, building your industry contacts and developing your wider financial services knowledge.

You will participate in team leadership and development, passing on your technical knowledge and providing soft-skill coaching and advice.

Profile

-Demonstrated career success to date in corporate tax

-Exposure to international clients

-Excellent communication and the ability to build solid client relationships

-Interest and the desire to build your career in M&A tax

-CTA qualified or equivalent experience
