Page Personnel are recruiting for a temporary Credit Controller for a fast growing property company based in Manchester.

A well established and fast growing property company.
Description
As a Credit Controller, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director and responsible for the end to end customer sales life cycle.
Duties will include, but are not limited to; liaise with the project team regarding new projects, raise sales invoices, chase overdue debt, provide weekly updates to the Finance Director, support weekly cashflow forecast in respect of expected receipts and overdue debts and provide advice on problems and suggest recommendations for improvement.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of dealing with contractors- Essential
- Have a strong background working within a Finance role previously- Essential
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills- Essential
- Have strong MS Excel experience- Essential
