As part of our continued growth & expansion, we are currently recruiting for an accounts assistant to join our finance team. Job Title: Accounts Assistant Reporting to: Finance Director Location: Coalisland, Co. Tyrone Hours: 42 hours per week Mon - Thurs: 8:00 - 17:30 Fri: 8:00 - 14:00 Salary: £18k + (competitive, dependent on experience) Main Duties & Responsibilities: Sales ledger invoice processing Credit control Purchase ledger invoice processing Payroll processing (weekly & monthly) VAT returns / EC Sales List / Intrastat returns Assist with reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and monthly P & L analysis.
