This role is focused around the successful delivery of a number of new Salesforce related projects that will be implement across the business. You will quickly be able to understand our business need and translate that to functional and technical requirements. Working closely with stakeholders across the business and supporting the wider Solutions team, communication and the ability to convey and receive information will be key to ensuring your success in this role.

Key accountabilities.
  • Create process definition and application design on sound analysis
  • Manage all levels of implementation from end to end
  • Working and guiding stakeholders to the most efficient use of resources and Salesforce functionality
  • Ensure the use of the latest and most suited Salesforce functionality to solve business problems
  • Identify, analyse and document business processes & workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and improvements.
  • Facilitate decision making with stakeholders and the development team
  • Assist stakeholders with process of prioritizing requirements and tasks
  • Gather, analyse, and report usage data or other such relevant data in support of measuring the performance of products

The right person will have:
  • 2 years minimum experience working with Salesforce is essential
  • Salesforce Consultant Certification will be highly regarded
  • strong documentation skills
  • understanding of how to achieve business benefits
  • experience of working with departmental product owners to define requirements to achieve the business benefits agreed
  • evidence of problem solving ability and providing creative solutions
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment and experienced in working in a tight deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
  • experience working within agile software development environment
  • have worked in an environment that provides services to client
