Senior Accountant -Client Manager -ACCA

Job ResponsbilitiesTimings UK 9am to 6pm Overall responsible and in charge for the delivery of Statutory Year End Accounts, Corporation Tax Returns, Management Accounts for a

number of UK clients.

Responsible for drafting Financial Statements based on applicable Financial Reporting Standards and GAAPs using a wide array of

Accounting Packages and Software.

Responsible for maintaining company's Financial Records, Liaising with Banks, External Auditors, and Both Internal and External Stakeholders

Responsible for Managing, Drafting and filing of Value Added Tax (VAT Returns)

Implementing Accounting Packages for clients, Conversion of Manual Books of Accounts to Computerised Accounting Packages

Responsible for client's payroll processing, Bookkeeping, Bank, Credit Card Reconciliations

Responsible for P11Ds Preparation and Filing for a number of clients

Preparing financial statements for internal and external purposes.

Carrying out variance analysis, identifying risk areas, ratio analysis, aged debtors analysis, debtors and creditors reconciliation.

Liaising with the payroll, bookkeeping, tax, management accounts and Final accounts departments.

Analyzing, interpreting & reviewing financial transactions and financial statements before delivery to the clients

Making cash flow statements on monthly basis and also making cash forecast.

Assisting in the Development of internal controls to reduce risk.

Preparation of Value Added Tax (VAT) and other Statutory Returns.

Preparation of Dividend Reviews, and Cash flow projections for clients.

Recording Invoices, Reconciling Credit Cards and Bank Accounts, Generating and investigating various reports

Managing and Preparing P11Ds for a number of clients

Other financial and Non-Financial roles as per Client's Business requirements and needs.
