The client has achieved consistent growth in recent years and has further ambitious plans over the next 5 years. As they become a key player in the building and construction market they are looking to recruit a talented Accounts Payable Supervisor into the Head Office in East Leeds.

Description

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be reporting into the Finance Manager, your duties will include however are not limited to: Processing supplier invoices and payment notices with the support of 2 Finance Assistants, Ensuring all invoices are appropriately authorised for payment, Supplier statement reconciliations, Preparing supplier payment runs for authorisation and payment processing, Processing employee expense claims and credit card statements and payments, Dealing with supplier queries in a timely and professional manner, Balance sheet and control account reconciliations, Filing CIS returns and issuing subcontractor certificates and Line management of 2 direct reports

Profile

• Supervisory Experience
• Strong Accounts Payable knowledge
• Good excel skills (pivot tables / vlookups)

Job Offer

Salary up to £33,000 + Discretionary bonus + Free on site parking + Pension + Childcare vouchers + Option to buy or sell 3 days + 26 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays) + plus birthday off + study support for (AAT/ACCA/CIMA if required)
