Description
This role is reporting in to the Financial Controller.
The duties include:
- Oversee the payroll and pension department
- Responsible for authorising accurate payroll and pension submissions
- Responsible for P11D's, P9D, PSA
- Review processes
- Manage and support a small team
- Lead and oversee future projects
- Keeping ahead of key legislation
- Report on business relevant information
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be able to manage a small team - Essential
- Have strong, up t date payroll knowledge - Essential
- Be CIPP qualified - Desirable
- Have used payroll system ADP - Desirable
- Be enthusiastic and motivated - Essential
