Description

Key responsibilities:

- Monthly control account reconciliations

- Managing creditors within agreed terms

- Forecasting payment for cash flow management

- Managing queries and resolving debt issues

- Managing credit card and expense processes

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices

- Manage supplier terms

- Resolve payment issues with suppliers

- Report monthly on purchase ledger KPI's

- Liaise with services and central support team on purchase invoice queries

- Manage period end control account reconciliations and reporting

- Line management responsibility for the Purchase Ledger Supervisor

- Manage and develop the Purchase Ledger team

Profile

The successful candidate:

- Proactive attitude

- Positive and enthusiastic

- AAT Qualified

- Strong knowledge of Excel
