Compliance Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join an award winning Financial Planning Group based in West Sussex, supporting the Compliance Director in the delivery of the compliance programme - including supervising across the network, managing a small team of compliance and training supervisors, taking on tasks and projects as delegated by the Compliance Director and carrying out Compliance monitoring in order to support the company.

My client are a medium sized financial planning and tech group that are looking to expand their compliance team. It is a great opportunity within a fast growing Financial Planning company.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a minimum of level 4 diploma in regulated financial planning (or equivalent), with progress towards the achievements of further qualifications.
• Generalist experience
• Detailed knowledge of FCA rules and industry developments
• Compliance monitoring experience
• Ability to train and motivate others

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Compliance Director
• Managing a small Team
• To keep up to date with any regulatory and industry developments
• Compliance monitoring

Salary - £45k - £65k Plus Discretionary Bonus
