About the role
This is a highly visible role within our UK compliance team where you will play a key part in supporting the Senior Compliance Manager with the delivery and development of the compliance framework, policies and procedures. This role will have a particular focus on conduct and AML risks and elements of data protection.

As a compliance professional, you will provide expertise to the business in relation to FCA handbook requirements including CONC, ICOBS, SYSC, DISP and treating customers fairly (TCF). In addition, you will undertake monitoring reviews, support the training department to provide effective compliance training and identify regulatory developments and assessing the potential impact on the business.

As a Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance and support to a small team of Analysts.

What we're looking for
With strong regulatory compliance experience within the financial services, you will be able to effectively and confidently advise the business on conduct and AML risks, regulatory change and FCA handbook requirements. Ideally you will have gained a relevant compliance qualification, or a degree (or equivalent) within Law, Business or Economics.

The ability to manage regulatory projects and maintain your ability to plan your workload efficiently is highly important. In addition, you will be able to communicate and present information at all levels, with effective stakeholder management skills.
