Job Description

Provide strong leadership to the Implementation team on the delivery of their client implementations and new business transition.

Supporting Senior Executive in providing expert day-to-day advice to clients in connection with the full portfolio of on-boarding new clients and share plan events. Helping to develop and maintain relationship with clients and their advisers and communicating desires of clients to operational teams and to ensure understanding of the clients’ challenges and goals. Supporting the expansion and implementation of new initiatives and services to meet future needs of Link and its clients.

  • Working with Senior Executive and internal sponsors, maintain programme plan in line with client needs and in line with Board expectations. Monitor its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.

  • Provide leadership and direction to Associatesto provide high quality delivery services following clear and consistent processes appropriate for client project delivery.

    Ensure appropriate resource is identified and assigned to each client initiative and all appropriate business stakeholders are engaged.

  • Ensure team processes are maintained and developed to respond to changing business needs.

  • Provide coaching and direction to the team ensuring that the appropriate development needs and training goals are identified and addressed.

  • Act as point of escalation for Implementation Executives by removing barriers and obstacles.

  • Motivate, inspire and transmit a positive energy among Implementation team, internal partners and clients.

  • Helping to develop and maintain strategic relationships

  • Providing help and guidance to clients on products

  • Project manage the delivery of key Share Plan Events

  • Maintaining technical and business expertise to identify and respond to changing market trends in order to sustain enhanced levels of service

  • Escalating client concerns and ensuring they are resolved swiftly

  • Ensuring compliance with any regulatory or statutory requirements, industry codes and practices

  • Supporting visits to clients to provide one-to-one service

  • Reviewing draft documents

  • Reviewing local procedures to ensure that continuous improvements are achieved, risk minimised, changing business/industry trends followed and regulatory compliance

  • Suggesting possible improvements to services provided

  • Ensuring management information records are maintained

  • Supporting client feedback surveys

  • Supporting as required the Client Business Management risk review process

Qualifications

Skills and Qualities you will need:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in Share Registration / Share Plans or another Financial Services sector

  • Team management experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service ethic

  • Good communication skills

  • Proactive and highly self-motivated

  • Active listening

  • Problem solving and complaints handling

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Ability to explain complex information in simple terms

  • Experience in the use of MSL, PRISM, shareMASTER and OPTIONSmanager (desirable)
