Family favourites for over 60 years, Birds Eye have provided healthy fresh frozen food for generations. We are built on people like you: an exceptional Quality Assurance Supervisor who has what it takes to make an impact in our Frozen Pizza Business in Naas.                                                                                    About the Role:                                                                                                     As a Quality Assurance Supervisor you will ensure the Quality Management Systems are implemented and maintained in order to guarantee that we produce safe and legal products and that all products are produced to the correct specification.  Also achieving the daily standards set out by the BRC global standard for food safety and to meet all customer codes of practice and technical standards.  You will ensure all the KPI requirements of the quality daily and weekly dashboard are met and corrective actions are implemented as directed and agreed.   Key points for this role:   ·         To ensure quality management systems are implemented and maintained in order to guarantee product safety and legality and that all products are produced to the correct specification ·         To continually drive the process optimisation agenda to a stage whereby all parts of the process are capable of delivering product specifications without operator intervention and with zero defects ·         To ensure that functional KPI‘s are in place to support operational excellence and continual improvement agenda ·         To ensure that site cleaning and hygiene standards are delivered through scheduled reviews and audits ·         To oversee the overall implementation and maintenance of the Quality System and to ensure that the requirements of all customer codes of Practices, legislation and requirements of BRC are met in each area   About You:   This individual will be value driven with a proven track record in managing activities within a FMCG environment through the resources available to them.  Experience within the FMCG in a position of responsibility. The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious and will be the primary interface between the R&D, Marketing and Operations departments on their shift, and having ownership of all aspects of the team outputs.
